Updated Braiding & Hair Service Policies 1. No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for a confirmed appointment without any prior notice, the entire deposit paid will be forfeited. Future bookings may require full prepayment. 2. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit associated with each service to secure your booking. This amount is credited toward your final service cost. 3. Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Late notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 4. Late Arrivals: We offer a 15 minute grace period. Arriving beyond this time may result in appointment cancellation and loss of deposit. 5. Guests: No extra guests or children are permitted in the service area unless they are being serviced. 6. Service Satisfaction: All completed services are non-refundable. Concerns must be expressed before leaving the salon. 7. Travel Services Policy (Mobile Braiding): A non-refundable $55 Travel Fee is required in addition to the service deposit. You must provide a clean, well-lit, and spacious area for service. Travel availability and booking confirmation will be provided by Team Elevé within 24 hours of your request.
